Eventeny is a company focused on simplifying the management of large-scale events, serving over 31,000 festivals and conventions worldwide. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize funnel performance and scale campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels
- Own brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts across landing pages, messaging, email flows, ads, and product experiences
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling growth-focused campaigns and assets
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ad performance, and ROI
- Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategy
- Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting infrastructure
- Lead and evolve the growth marketing division by establishing priorities, processes, and performance standards
- Mentor and develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the team
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities
- Experience managing digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO, or partnerships
- A master of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- U.S. work authorization is required. This role is not available for sponsorship

- Experience in SaaS, tech, or event technology is a plus
- Experience managing and mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product
