This role is responsible for ensuring critical SAP business services remain available, performant, and resilient. The SAP Site Reliability & Observability Engineer will drive strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of observability and reliability capabilities across the SAP landscape. The role serves as the operational bridge between SAP application teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders by transforming telemetry into actionable operational intelligence. This role enables proactive detection and resolution of issues using enterprise observability, reducing downtime and minimizing business disruption. By incorporating monitoring, telemetry, automation, and reliability engineering best practices, the engineer will provide actionable insights that improve system health, accelerate incident detection and resolution, and support continuous improvement across the SAP ecosystem.
