Title: Product Manager
Location: Richfield, MN, or Remote.
Contract: 12 months with possible extension
33253 - Product Management - (HM) Call notes.
- Looking for Product Management, someone coming from Business Analyst role and sense of Curiosity.
- Current Product manager is leaving in a week, so they need a candidate immediately.
- Remote is also fine but local candidates would be ideal.
- Gathering Requirements
- Frontend UX Design
- Backend API to database
- This position is less about Mining data and more about Interpretating data or Analyzing data.
- Looking for someone who can manage backlog.
- MFA is nice to have.
- Retail or Healthcare exp is nice to have but not required.
- They use JIRA, Confluence, understanding of SDLC is most important.
- Familiarity with SQL or Data Analytics, building data is less important.
- If they are local, they can come onsite, for non-locals it would be remote.
- This person will work with multiple DevSecOps team.
- They are currently using, Visual Studio, Co-Pilot, not looking for specific tool, basic understanding on how leverage AI.
- Person should bring new ideas, not just manage backlog,
- First round of interview with Seth, 2nd round with the team (Cultural fit).

- Front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management
- Customer Facing experiences for Account Management, Account Sign-In and Account Creation.
Project Description:
General Associate Product Management responsibilities for a product team including:
- Backlog management
- Epic and User Story creation
- Requirements gathering and business to technical translation for the development team
- Building business cases
- Quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis
- Inter-team communication
- External team communications and status reporting.
