Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 - Data Engineering & Data Governance

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support enterprise Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives. This role involves analyzing business requirements, implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, improving data quality, and supporting enterprise data integration using Informatica technologies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Informatica's data management suite, enterprise data governance, and large-scale data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective data solutions.
- Support enterprise Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data solutions.
- Develop and enforce data quality rules, validation processes, and governance standards.
- Configure and support Informatica platforms, including MDM, IICS, IDMC, IDQ, Axon, and EDC.
- Support enterprise data integration, metadata management, and data catalog initiatives.
- Document business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, and system designs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica technologies, including:
- PowerCenter
- IICS
- IDMC
- MDM
- IDQ
- Axon
- EDC
- Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360
- Extensive experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data solutions.
- Strong experience implementing Data Quality rules using Informatica IDQ.
- Solid understanding of enterprise data governance, metadata management, and data standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Snowflake and enterprise-scale datasets.
- Experience with Python scripting and API integrations.
- Experience in Healthcare, Public Sector, or other large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite in Austin, TX and 2 days remote.
