General Maintenance Tech II
Performs highly skilled general building maintenance and repair work. Employees at this level follow standard practices that do not require frequent supervision of details.
Essential Duties
Provides estimates of time and materials needed for each assignment.
Enters work order information and tracks projects in the Automated Software System and orders materials and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
No education required.
Experience:
2 YEARS in general building maintenance and repair or related work experience. (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated part-time equivalent)
Licenses and Certifications
Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle
Mandatory: Safety Impact Certificate
