What You’ll Be Doing

As a Global Quality Specialist, you will be a central driver of our quality culture. You will have the opportunity to:

• Serve as the key quality expert for our manufacturing sites, driving alignment with global standards and strategies.
• Champion process standardization across all plants, implementing best practices for inspection, testing, and containment.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving using structured methods like 8D and 5-Why to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
• Use your analytical skills to monitor key quality metrics, turning data into actions that reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Play a vital role in new product launches by ensuring manufacturing readiness and supporting customer quality activities, including PPAP submissions.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a quality leader with a passion for driving improvement in a global manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, customer, or supplier quality role.
• Deep expertise in quality systems (ISO/IATF), structured problem-solving (8D, 5-Why), and core quality tools (PPAP, NPD).
• A proven ability to drive standardization and coordinate improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to travel globally as needed.

The range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
