
Join Ruah's Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial performance, reporting, compliance and decision-making across a purpose-driven organisation making a meaningful impact throughout Western Australia.
Working closely with the Senior Accountant and stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, funding claims, grant reporting, audit preparation and financial controls.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking exposure to financial accounting, management accounting, business partnering, government-funded programs, revenue management, KPI reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Experience within community services, health, mental health, disability, aged care, social services, government or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accountant supports both financial and management accounting functions across the organisation. You will contribute to the preparation of financial reports, budgets, reconciliations and analysis, helping ensure accurate financial information is available to support decision-making and organisational objectives.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Northbridge office.
We're looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with a collaborative and proactive approach. You'll be comfortable working with financial data, building stakeholder relationships and delivering accurate, timely insights that support informed decision-making.
