Luxer One Liaison is looking for a friendly professional, organized and customer-obsessed individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Downtown Seattle area. Come join our growing team!
The Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Downtown Seattle area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.
As a Liaison Package Handler, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned multi-family properties within the Downtown Seattle area. The Liaison Package Handler is responsible for establishing an on-site presence and maintaining/organizing the assigned site’s package room independently and efficiently using our software.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
Comfortable and well adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software.
Strong organizational and independent problem‑solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
Can lift up to but, not exceed 60 LBS
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
Willingness to make-up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed.
