Language combination: English into Hindi (India)
Project type: Long-term, recurring engagement with approximately 15–16 patient visits in total, each running anywhere from 1 to 8 hours (half or full day).
Team: For full-day visits, interpreters will need to work with a partner, if you have a regular interpreting partner, we'd be glad to onboard them as well
Location: Research Institute of the McGill University Health, 3140, Montreal, Quebec
Subject matter: Patient-facing medical interpretation, doctor's appointments, medical studies, pharmacy and pharmacovigilance-related conversations. Prior experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare setting is preferred, and the client can provide reference/glossary materials ahead of each visit
Why local matters: Since visits will recur over time, we're prioritizing interpreters already based in Montreal to avoid travel and keep scheduling simple for everyone.
