Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital experiences, and winter sports?
Join our Office in Milan as a Global E-Merchandising Intern (M/W) from mid-September for 6 months and gain hands-on experience in shaping how our products are presented and sold online across international markets.
You will work closely with our e-merchandising team to support the execution of our global digital merchandising strategy helping customers discover, explore, and fall in love with our products. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce merchandising in a dynamic, multicultural environment while contributing to the success of a globally recognized brand.
Your missions will include:
As part of the global e-merchandising team, you will play a key role in bringing our digital storefronts to life and helping customers discover the best of our products. Your internship will give you hands-on experience across a wide range of e-merchandising activities, including:
- Assisting in the seasonal catalog setup and supporting the new PIM (Product Information Management) implementation to ensure accurate and timely product data across global websites
- Supporting campaign activations, including setting up menus, categories, and top navigation for seasonal and promotional events, while also contributing to SEO optimization
- Managing manual product sorting and merchandising for key campaigns and categories
- Assisting with labeling and tagging strategies to improve product discoverability and user experience
- Supporting content updates across the website and assisting in the preparation of creative briefs for the graphic design team to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
- Supporting CRM activities by reviewing newsletter briefs, selecting relevant products, and proofreading newsletter content before deployment
- Helping with small-scale promotions and coupon code management
- Participating in site testing and bug reporting for both maintenance and new feature rollouts
- Assisting with reporting and KPI tracking to support data-driven decisions
- Conducting benchmarking and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends
About you :
We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Here are a few things that will help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Communication, E-commerce, or a related field
- A strong interest in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail
- Proficiency in Excel is a must – you’ll be working with it regularly, so being comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to improve your skills is essential
- A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is essential as it’s the team’s working language
- Passion for winter sports like skiing or snowboarding is a big bonus!
- Other languages are a plus
