Nuclear Electrical Design Engineer

NPower Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and a leading provider of nuclear staff augmentation services across North America. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support various modification related projects for the Calvert Cliffs nuclear plant.

Responsibilities:

• Support various modification related projects for the site

Requirements:

• A B.E/B.S in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 yrs experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
• Experience with large electrical modifications including generators, excitors, relays, switchyard at a nuclear plant
• Prior nuclear design engineering experience and knowledge in industry standard design procedures (IP-ENG-001 etc)
• Experience with single line, wiring schematics, relay and sizing calculations and analysis by details modeling of software (ETAP), preparation of design analysis and calculations
• Prior Constellation experience a plus
