Tivity Health is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Principal Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives. This highly visible role is responsible for validating, piloting and scaling new products, services, and business models that help Tivity deliver greater value to members, clients, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and execute a roadmap for strategic growth that expands services into new businesses
- Actively contribute to identifying and evaluating new opportunities including developing business cases and commercialization plans in partnership with Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Growth
- Drive new product development including:
- Supporting discovery efforts to deeply understand customer, client, partner, and market needs through qualitative and quantitative research
- Building prototypes to demonstrate concepts to prospective clients
- Driving build/buy/partner analyses
- Co-designing and launching integrated solutions with partners
- Support execution of strategic partnerships
- Own initiatives from concept through launch, including vision, roadmap, execution, measurement, and optimization
- Partner with the Strategy team to prioritize opportunities, align resources, and drive successful delivery
- Establish success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate product and business performance
- Use experimentation and iterative learning to validate assumptions and accelerate time-to-market
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders through compelling storytelling, data-driven recommendations, and strategic communication
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, healthcare innovation, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
- Serve as a thought leader within the Product organization, helping shape product strategy, processes, and best practices across Tivity Health
Requirements:
- 15+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of creating product strategy and successfully executing against it
- Demonstrated experience launching new products, services, or business models from concept through scale
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience working across multiple functions, including business, technology, operations, marketing, and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive prioritization and decision-making
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience leading initiatives that deliver measurable business growth, revenue expansion, or customer acquisition
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, benefits, consumer technology, digital health, or adjacent industries
- Experience evaluating and developing partnership-driven products or ecosystems
- Experience working with partners and clients to drive successful outcomes
- Experience building and scaling 0→1 products or growth-stage businesses
- Familiarity with regulated industries and working across legal and compliance requirements
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
