Lead Product Manager - Enterprise

Speak is a language learning company on a mission to reinvent the way people learn languages. They are seeking a Product Lead to build the product system that allows companies to buy, launch, and expand Speak's services efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise product strategy and roadmap for Speak for Business
• Lead L&D manager, buyer, admin, and reporting workflows
• Design launch, run, prove, and expand loops for enterprise customers
• Build product surfaces that reduce manual CS/GTM work and make customer value visible
• Drive customer discovery and synthesis across L&D leaders, learners, sales, CS, design, data, and engineering
• Turn recurring enterprise requests into reusable enterprise product primitives (access, cohorts, reporting, assessments, nudges, expansion) rather than one-off customer requests
• Define the product scorecard for enterprise readiness: activation, completion, progress evidence, renewal support, and reduction in manual GTM work
