Alert Enterprise is a fast-growing enterprise software company redefining physical security and identity management. They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales success across North America, identify and connect with new enterprise prospects, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identity target accounts and key decision makers in enterprise organizations
- Engage prospects through a combination of outbound channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and support in territory planning and pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine messaging and outreach campaigns tailored to each language and market
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce)
- Represent Alert Enterprise with professionalism, curiosity, and a drive to solve security and identity management challenges for global organizations
Requirements:
- Based in the U.S
- 1+ year of experience in sales, physical security, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- A self-starter mindset – proactive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- SaaS experience a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FrontSpin, ZoomInfo, Loom, or similar is a plus
