Responsibilities:
- Own creative production from end-to-end
- Develop and lead creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, CRM, and other marketing channels to drive efficient customer growth
- Produce new winning creative concepts

- Work with AI and GenAI tools for creative ideation and production to increase our testing velocity
- Lead the weekly "Creative Review" meeting. You will present a breakdown of creative metrics (Thumb-Stop Ratio, Hold Rate, Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate) and propose the “Next Step” hypotheses based on the findings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing, and implement relevant insights
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in design, creative strategy, and marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer e-commerce

- Understanding of performance marketing and how ad creative impacts conversions and marketing efficiency
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to understand basic performance marketing data and key business drivers
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
