CitiusTech is a company focused on the healthcare sector, and they are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage new business development. This role involves building strategic relationships with clients, managing a sales pipeline, and driving business growth within the healthcare payer domain.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Manage and grow the portfolio of CitiusTech accounts, P&L, MIS & reporting
- Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
- Manage contract negotiations and should be able to lead creative financial and contractual constructs
- Build and execute account strategy for building strong partnership & revenue growth
- Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
- Provide thought leadership in technology / outsourcing
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience
- 7-8 years of healthcare domain (Payer) experience required
- Strong Business Development (farming) and sales (hunting) experience
- Demonstrable ability to engage in consultative sales process
- Thought leadership in IT/Offshoring environment
- 4-year bachelor s degree or equivalent required
- Advanced degree (MBA or Masters)
