OKAYA INFOCOM is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to support the design and delivery of large-scale Data Center and AI Factory projects. The role involves performing electrical engineering and design, collaborating with teams, and providing technical leadership for mission-critical facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical engineering and design for data center and industrial facility projects
- Develop and review construction documents and design packages
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to establish project requirements and deliverables
- Provide technical leadership and quality reviews of engineering design
- Support construction activities through direct interaction with clients, owners, and contractors
- Design medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems for mission-critical facilities
- Engineer facility electrical systems including: Power Distribution, UPS Systems, Emergency Power Systems, Grounding Systems, Lighting Systems, Low-Voltage Communication Systems
- Support retrofit and modernization projects for existing facilities
- Manage project scope, quality, schedule, and budget objectives
- Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License – Required
- Minimum 6 years of experience designing: Medium-voltage distribution systems, Low-voltage distribution systems, Building electrical systems, Campus-style power distribution systems
- Minimum 3 years of Data Center facility design experience
- Experience supporting Data Center or AI Factory projects
- Strong industrial facility design background
- Experience designing large-scale greenfield projects
- Working knowledge of Revit/BIM software
- Solid understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC)
- Strong computer and technical documentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of Electrical Engineers
