Product Manager

NextLabs is looking for a Product Manager to join their product management team to expand their Zero Trust Data Centric Security product suite. The role involves technical investigation, requirement specification, and coordinating cross-functional projects while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• The Product Manager will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the award winning NextLabs product lines
• The product manager will also lead the efforts to expand the product line
• Help define & continue to deliver world class zero trust data security solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert and interact with customers, partners, industry analysts, and various teams within NextLabs
• Support sales in strategic customer opportunities, delivering presentations and demonstrations
• Contribute to product collateral, including brochures, datasheets and Website content
• Create compelling sales tools, messaging, positioning, collateral, and supporting product demos
• Work with other product managers and engineers to define market winning features
• Work with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases
• Work with UX and product communication team to build world class user experiences

Requirements:

• Engineering, Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of work experience with enterprise applications in either a product development, product management, technical sales, enterprise architect, or solutions architect role
• The candidate should have previous experience and knowledge of security and database technology
• Strong understanding of software architecture and experience in software development with cloud services, web application, database / big data, Windows / Java-based application
• Familiarity in data security, IAM, database, big data, GRC, ERP, and information management technologies
• Designing user interaction and UI mockups
• Working knowledge of creating MRDs and detailed PRDs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams in multiple projects based on Agile methodologies
• MBA is a plus
