Product Sales Executive, HR Management

Trimble Inc. is empowering stakeholders through innovative technology in the construction industry. They are seeking a Product Sales Executive to drive growth and adoption of their HR software solutions, influencing workforce management outcomes for major customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption
• Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leading early discovery sessions and identifying customer needs
• Deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders by balancing virtual and in-person engagements
• Build trusted, multi-channel relationships with industry professionals and collaborate internally to secure high-value RFIs and RFPs

Requirements:

• Proven understanding of HRIS tools, either through practical HRIS experience or by selling this specific category of software
• At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience working within the construction industry
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills combined with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset
• Prior construction industry expertise or dedicated SaaS sales experience within the construction sector
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
