They are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and qualify enterprise sales opportunities across North America, focusing on outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Requirements:
- 7–12 years in Enterprise B2B Business Development
- Experience selling IT Consulting or Digital Transformation services
- Proven success selling into enterprise accounts
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting
- Strong LinkedIn networking experience
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual new business revenue targets of US$3 million or more
- Proven ability to build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline valued at 3–5x annual quota
- Experience selling multi-service engagements ranging from US$100K to US$2M+
- Strong history of winning new enterprise logos and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience engaging and selling to C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and business unit leaders
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and maintaining accurate sales forecasting
- Experience selling one or more of: Salesforce Services, SAP Services, AI Solutions, Data & Analytics, Cloud Migration, Managed Services, Integration Services, Customer Experience Solutions
