Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and they're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Competitive Intelligence. In this strategic role, you will own Eve's competitive landscape strategy, conduct thorough analysis, and ensure that product, sales, and marketing teams have the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own an AI-native comprehensive competitive intelligence program that tracks and analyzes competitors' product strategies, GTM motions, and market positioning
- Conduct deep primary intelligence gathering to gain firsthand insight into competitor sales processes, product demos, and messaging
- Monitor competitor sales and commercial tactics on a weekly basis, including pricing moves, contract terms, and selling practices, and flag emerging threats with clear next steps for the relevant team
- Own a structured, ongoing comparative product and feature review against key competitors, maintaining a live feature matrix that stack ranks competitive gaps by severity and frequency to directly inform product's roadmap prioritization
- Utilizing AI, build and own competitive feature comparison content (comparison charts, positioning by feature), partnering with the GTM Enablement lead to ensure it integrates into rep facing battlecards and training
- Design and lead strategic exercises to pressure test GTM plans and anticipate competitor reactions to our market moves
- Lead a formal win/loss analysis program, identifying the root causes of our wins and losses and presenting findings to leadership with AI-native scale
- Partner closely with Product Management to provide data backed insights that influence the product roadmap based on market opportunities and competitive threats
- Provide weekly intelligence briefings to relevant teams and quarterly briefings to the executive team on market shifts, competitor activity, and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, corporate strategy, or a related role, with at least 3 years focused on competitive intelligence in B2B SaaS or legaltech
- Strong analytical thinker, capable of synthesizing complex, fast changing information into clear, actionable insights on a tight cadence
- Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven ability to build and scale programs from the ground up
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex market dynamics to a wide range of audiences, from sales reps to executives
- Experience supporting sales teams that operate in multiple segments and understand the nuances of both transactional and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City
