ALKEME Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, acting as the first point of contact and resolving inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Previous customer service experience
