Meritore Technologies is collaborating with Wipro to seek an Engagement Manager. The role involves driving business development and overseeing program delivery within the banking sector, ensuring effective stakeholder management and financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing banking accounts to drive profitable revenue growth
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring performance standards and SLAs are met
• Track delivery dashboards, and resolve escalations
• Act as the primary point of contact for client C-level executives
• Build consensus and manage expectations across global, cross-functional, and vendor teams
• Manage account-level budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Handle contract negotiations (like Statements of Work) and timely invoicing
• Lead multi-location onshore/offshore teams
• Drive hiring, training, capability development, and diversity goals within the banking unit
