We are looking for an experienced QA Lead & Automation Expert with strong hands-on experience in Java Selenium Automation and the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing automation frameworks, performing mobile and web application testing, leading QA activities, and working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
Mandatory Skills:

• 5 8 years of QA/Testing experience

• Strong experience with Java & Selenium Automation

• Automation Framework Design

• Mobile Functional Testing & Mobile Automation (Appium experience preferred)

• Manual Testing

• Banking/Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)

• Agile/Scrum methodology

• Rally or Jira

• Test Planning, Test Strategy & Test Reporting

• Defect Lifecycle Management & Defect Triage

• Client coordination and Offshore team handling

Nice to Have:

• API Testing (Postman/REST Assured)

• Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Generative AI applications

• Strong communication skills
