Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead & Automation Expert with strong expertise in Java Selenium Automation, Mobile Testing, and the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will lead QA initiatives, drive automation strategies, coordinate with clients and offshore teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across web, mobile, and Generative AI applications.

Required Skills

• 5 8 years of QA experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium Automation (3 4+ years)

• Mobile Functional Testing and Mobile Automation

• Manual Testing

• Banking/Financial Services domain experience

• Agile/Scrum methodology

• Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Reporting

• Defect Lifecycle Management

• Experience with Rally

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• API Testing

• Client-facing experience

• Offshore team coordination

• Experience testing Generative AI applications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for web, mobile, and Generative AI applications.

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans.

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and mobile testing.

• Coordinate with client and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct defect triage meetings and manage defect lifecycle.

• Prepare test reports and provide regular project status updates.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure high product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Experience

• QA and Test Automation experience

• Hands-on Java Selenium Automation

• Strong Banking domain experience

• Experience testing both UI and Mobile applications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models

• Hands-on experience with Rally and defect management processes
