What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse sales, gross margin and profitability performance across customers, segments, channels and territories
- Identify key drivers of performance including price, mix, volume, discounting and cost impacts
- Provide clear, insight-led reporting to Sales and leadership teams
- Lead the monthly AGP forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast quality and accuracy
- Support budgets, forecasts, month-end variance analysis, business cases and the 4-Year Plan
- Maintain consistent, accurate and meaningful commercial data, reporting definitions and methodologies
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and NPD teams to improve reporting, planning, forecasting and business outcomes
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives, including finance process improvements, systems and ways of working

What We’re Looking for
- Previous experience in commercial analysis, finance, sales analytics or a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics including CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, particularly across sales, margin and profitability drivers
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI experience will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analysis
