We are looking for a
senior Jira Service Management (JSM) Architect / Implementation Consultant
who can lead both the architecture and implementation aspects of the engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Current state assessment of the existing JSM environment.

Business and technical requirements gathering and analysis.
-
Identification of process, automation, integration, and asset management gaps.

Design the future-state JSM architecture.
-
Define implementation and testing strategy.
-
Create detailed design documentation and deployment approach.
-
Design and implement integrations with:
-
Kyndryl systems (Service Desk, Field Services).
-
HPE Core Services platforms.
-
Drive workflow automation and service management process optimization.
-
Improve KRAMIT and Asset Management capabilities within the existing JSM instance.
-
Optimize configuration, CMDB/asset relationships, reporting, and governance.
Implementation & Delivery
-
Work closely with the KiwiRail team to implement the future-state solution.
-
Execute and validate the test plan.
-
Resolve implementation issues and ensure successful deployment.
Transition & Documentation
-
Handover the implemented solution to BAU (Business-As-Usual) support teams.

Produce design documents, implementation records, and test outcome documentation.
Skills the Resource Should Have
The requirement indicates that Jira knowledge alone is insufficient; the engagement requires a Solution Architect capable of integrations and automation hence source accordingly.
