GenAI Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI by partnering with business teams to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), and scale successful solutions into enterprise-grade applications. You will combine business understanding, AI expertise, and hands-on development skills to deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create measurable business value.

You will need to deliver impactful GenAI solutions, enable AI adoption across functions, and build a scalable foundation for Autoliv's AI-powered digital transformation journey.

• Partnering with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value Generative AI use cases.

• Driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption through innovative solutions that solve real business challenges.

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered copilots, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.

• Rapidly prototyping Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validating business value before scaling.

• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.

• Developing agent-based and multi-agent AI systems to automate workflows and decision-making processes.

• Leveraging Microsoft AI technologies including Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Dataverse.

• Integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP systems, and business applications.

• Developing APIs, microservices, and application components that support scalable AI deployments.

• Managing end-to-end solution ownership from ideation, development, deployment, adoption, and value realization.

• Collaborating with Digital, IT, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive AI-enabled transformation.

• Translating complex business problems into practical AI solutions with measurable outcomes.

• Implementing prompt engineering, embeddings, context management, and orchestration frameworks.

• Supporting AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI initiatives.

• Monitoring solution performance, adoption, and continuously improving AI capabilities.

• Developing reusable AI frameworks, assets, accelerators, and best practices.

• Educating stakeholders and helping users build confidence and trust in AI-powered solutions.

• Tracking business impact, ROI, productivity gains, and value realization from AI initiatives.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering AI, automation, data, or digital transformation solutions.

• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and RAG-based solutions.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and context management.

• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent and agentic AI systems.

• Expertise within the Microsoft AI ecosystem including Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Dataverse.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing REST APIs and microservices.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and other business applications.

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, containerization technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD deployment practices.

• Experience in SQL, data pipelines, data integration, and managing structured and unstructured data.

• Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and optimization.

• Knowledge of security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in fast-paced, complex, and highly collaborative environments.

• Azure OpenAI or Generative AI-related Microsoft certifications.

• Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100).

• Certifications in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, MLOps, or AI Solution Development.

• Cloud and Data Platform certifications related to Azure technologies.
