IS Business Intelligence Developer- Analytical Trainer- Remote

The IS Business Intelligence Developer - Analytical Trainer role involves overseeing the business intelligence cycle, collaborating with various departments to analyze data, and providing training and curriculum development for business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in and leads classroom instruction for at least 6 unique courses offered in the Revenue Cycle Course Catalog
• Identifies and provides recommendations to leadership for identified student learning opportunities
• Develops curriculum for new and existing courses and provides organizational direction for online-files on training drive
• Delivering training or curriculum development, including experience using various audio/visual equipment for presentations and training sessions
• Develops logical modeling and presentation solutions to implement requirements using best practices within the business intelligence environments
• Works with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop analytical solutions to improve business operations
• Maintains and develops documentation to identify and define processes or procedures
• Manages data by following best practices
• Supports and monitors business intelligence systems and processes
• Administers business intelligence server(s) and/or processes
• Performs other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, or related field
• 1 year of experience with SQL programming language, data analysis and profiling, relational database systems, reporting, dashboards and business intelligence systems
• 1 year of experience as business analyst, collaborating with end users to define metrics and business requirements
• SQL and data analysis skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to apply those skills to meet business needs
• Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence concepts and ability to collaborate with end users to define metrics and business requirements
• Ability to effectively manage multiple demands
• 1 year of experience with Oracle, SQL programming language, and data analysis and profiling
• 1 year of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise edition and/or Crystal Reports
• 1 year of healthcare experience
