Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Click Theory Capital, through its holding Outbound Sales Pro, is a high-growth, tech-enabled outbound service company that helps businesses generate revenue through sales outreach and automation. The Sales Development Representative will generate outbound pipeline, qualify leads, set meetings, manage follow-ups, and improve outreach performance through coaching and collaboration with sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings
• Handle objections like a pro and refine your sales pitch daily
• Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
• Execute outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and other channels
• Qualify leads and consistently generate high-value meetings for the sales team
• Handle objections and adapt messaging to improve conversion rates
• Attend trainings, meetings, and occasional events to support pipeline growth
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and performance
• Identify and develop business opportunities through effective discovery and follow-up
• Manage leads, activity, and follow-ups in an organized and consistent manner
