Grey Parrot Systems is a women-owned IT services firm seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager who will lead digital product strategy to drive customer acquisition and measurable revenue impact. The role involves optimizing lead funnel performance, diagnosing attribution gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize lead funnel performance — identifying and resolving the root causes of leads that never reach a representative queue, targeting the 40%+ weekly lead drop-off rate
- Diagnose and close lead attribution gaps — building tracking solutions and interim workarounds that connect Google Paid Search ad spend to downstream revenue outcomes
- Partner with Google and internal teams to leverage attribution feedback — improving Google targeting accuracy on large-scale paid search budgets and reducing wasted spend on existing customer segments
- Design and ship MVP solutions that deliver immediate business value while longer-term tech stack consolidations are planned and executed
- Define and own the digital product roadmap — prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and data-driven insights
- Drive conversion optimization across key customer journeys — discovery, shopping, and service experiences
- Lead SEO strategy and execution — technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and AI search visibility
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to surface insights that drive product decisions
- Launch new customer journeys and modernize existing digital platform experiences — from concept through delivery and performance measurement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time
- Define and track product KPIs — traffic, conversion, lead-to-queue rate, attribution accuracy, ad spend efficiency, and revenue impact
- Run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize digital experiences
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analytics, and optimization workflows
- Serve as the go-to digital product authority for client and business stakeholders — aligning teams around a clear product vision and execution plan
Requirements:

- Hands-on experience identifying and resolving lead attribution gaps — connecting ad spend to revenue outcomes across complex, multi-touch customer journeys
- Experience analyzing and optimizing lead funnel performance — identifying drop-off points, queue failures, and conversion bottlenecks

- Deep understanding of SEO strategy and implementation — on-page, technical SEO, and content strategy
- Familiarity with AI search visibility and generative engine optimization (GEO)
- Strong analytics foundation — GA4, BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
