4Life Research™ is a thriving global company that focuses on improving lives through science. They are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join their team, handling calls from customers and providing assistance with orders and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls from established affiliates, customers, or retail clients
- Answering questions regarding established accounts and 4Life procedures
- Assisting customers when placing orders or returns
- Answering general product questions and promoting special offers
- Providing overall account maintenance via phone, email, and chat
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to follow up with customers’ requests
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Russian proficiency is required
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
- Must have a suitable space at home, or a home office free of distractions and with minimal noise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Great problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and active listening
- Dependable, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in a call center (Preferred but not required)
- Sales skills (Preferred but not required)
- Native Russian preferred
