Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions, building and integrating LLM-based applications, and working in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.
• Build and integrate applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI/ML applications for performance and scalability.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
• Experience with REST APIs and model deployment.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI model evaluation.
