Position: Onsite IT Support Specialist
Location - New Prague, Minnesota 56071
Contract Long term
- Provide on-site technical support for Client across administrative, public safety, utilities, Public Works, and other facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral device issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and replace desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint equipment.
- Perform user account setup, onboarding/offboarding, password resets, and basic system administration tasks.
- Coordinate with remote support teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support network connectivity, wireless infrastructure, and communication systems across multiple locations.
- Assist with routine maintenance, software deployments, system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, documentation, and service records.
- Provide first-level support for operational technology (OT) environments and coordinate with specialized vendors when required.
- Follow established cybersecurity policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and incident management procedures while ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
