
JIRA End User Support Specialist
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
We have an immediate need for a JIRA End User Support Specialist with experience in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, End User Support, User Adoption, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Training Delivery, Service Desk Management, Change Management, and Jira Administration. Strong skills in technical training, stakeholder communication, user engagement, helpdesk operations, dashboards, filters, and Jira enhancement support are required.
No subcontracting permitted on this position, Candidates must work on W2.
