Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a SAP HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors & HCM) to join our growing IT Team team in Perth. 

Reporting to the Systems Manager the SAP HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors & HCM) will be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimisation of the organisation's HR application landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), SAP HCM Payroll, other HR-related applications and integrations.

The role provides all levels of application support across multiple regions, ensuring continuity of HR and Payroll operations. It also plays a key role in incident resolution, system enhancements, release management and continuous improvement of HR processes and technology solution in a global environment.  

The tasks you'll perform

• Deliver reliable support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, SAP HCM Payroll, and other HR applications globally. 
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of HR systems supporting critical HR and payroll operations. 
• Provide day-to-day application support for SAP SF Employee Central (EC), SAP SF Onboarding (ONB), SAP HCM Payroll, integration to S/4 and other HR-related applications.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues in line with agreed SLAs and drive continuous improvement in HR systems, user experience, and operational efficiency. 
• Support SAP HCM Payroll configuration and functional processes where applicable and support system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and change management activities. 
• Ensure compliance with organisational governance, audit, security, and data privacy requirements.

The expertise you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related discipline. 
• Min 5-10 years of experience in SAP HR applications support or functional consultant roles.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), and SAP HCM Payroll (ECC HCM Payroll)
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions and strong understanding of HR and Payroll (Australia) business processes.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Time Management Module will be an advantage.
• SAP SuccessFactors or any SAP certification(s) will be an advantage.
