Oscilar is a company that powers real-time risk decisioning across fraud, credit, and compliance. They are seeking a Founding Content Marketing Manager to build their content engine across various channels and produce high-volume, high-quality content to drive organic pipeline and enhance brand recognition in AI risk decisioning.
Responsibilities:
- Publish multiple pieces of content every week across formats and channels
- Own the weekly editorial meeting and quarterly content roadmap
- Source topics from executive POVs, customer calls, Slack, #pulse, and independent reading
- Brief, review, and polish writing to a consistent Oscilar voice
- Own the blog as a pipeline channel, including editorial calendar, topic strategy, production, and performance
- Ship SEO articles that rank and AEO articles that get cited by LLMs
- Build content repurposing workflows from blog to ebook, webinar, social, and newsletter
- Launch and grow content across executive thought leadership, Twitter/X, Reddit, email newsletters, customer marketing, video, podcasts, and creative brand campaigns
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in B2B content, brand, or editorial roles
- Comfortable across long-form SEO, social, video scripts, newsletters, podcasts, ebooks, and other content formats
- Portfolio shows range across formats
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, search, email, and podcast ecosystems
- Experience launching a new channel from zero
- Strong understanding of how content compounds into brand in B2B software
- Daily operator of Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or equivalent agentic AI tools
- Experience building content pipelines powered by AI
- Content marketing experience at a company selling to financial institutions or regulated industries
- Journalism, editorial, or longform writing background
- Video production fluency, including scripting, directing, or editing short-form content
- Podcast production experience from booking to post-production
- Comfort shipping webapps or microsites with GitHub and Vercel or similar tools
- Experience at a company in the $5M-$50M ARR scaling phase
