Business System Analyst

IMR Soft LLC is seeking a Business System Analyst with extensive experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry. The role requires strong skills in incident management, problem resolution, and SQL/query writing, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Financial Services or Banking industry background
• Experience with both on-premises and AWS cloud-based application architectures
• Strong incident management and problem resolution experience
• Expert-level SQL/query writing skills with:
• Oracle
• SQL Server
• Amazon Redshift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
• Willingness to participate in shift rotations (4–6 PM PST and occasional after-hours support)
