KloudStax is a Google Cloud Premier Partner helping organizations modernize, scale, and innovate with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic relationships across an existing portfolio of customers, engaging in a full-cycle sales role from prospecting to contract execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute territory and account strategies to generate net-new Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace opportunities
- Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue objectives
- Engage executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and position KloudStax as a trusted cloud advisor
- Collaborate closely with Google account teams on joint account planning, co-selling activities, and strategic customer engagements
- Own executive relationships across your customer portfolio, driving long-term customer success and retention
- Identify opportunities to expand customer investments across Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Professional Services, AI, Security, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Managed Services
- Help customers maximize their Google investment by educating them on new capabilities, available funding programs, commercial incentives, and cloud optimization opportunities
- Partner with technical delivery and project management teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Partner with Solution Architects, Cloud Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Operations to develop winning customer strategies
- Represent KloudStax alongside Google at customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, partner events, and industry networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and account planning within Salesforce
- Stay current on Google Cloud technologies, competitive positioning, industry trends, and emerging AI solutions
Requirements:
- Experience selling cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, managed services, professional services, or enterprise technology solutions in a quota-carrying sales role
- Demonstrated success developing new business while growing existing customer relationships
- Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Experience managing opportunities within Salesforce
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical, marketing, customer success, and executive teams
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other enterprise cloud technologies
- Previous experience working within a cloud partner, value-added reseller (VAR), systems integrator (SI), managed service provider (MSP), or enterprise software organization
- Familiarity with cloud migrations, AI, infrastructure modernization, security, or data and analytics solutions
- Google Cloud certifications or equivalent cloud industry certifications
