Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator specializing in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the business relationship for a dedicated book of customers, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific book of business with a focus on driving revenue growth through effective account management practices, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance metrics to meet and exceed your targets
- Collaborate with your dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to proactively uncover and qualify new growth opportunities within your accounts, which will then be passed to the appropriate Acquisition team to pursue
- Develop and implement targeted account plans to identify and prioritize key accounts for expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Google's ecosystem or the overall hyperscaler landscape (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their value propositions
