The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing product backlogs, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements while guiding teams toward higher Agile maturity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role
- Familiarity with software development environments
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of additional Agile frameworks
- Strong communication and servant leadership skills
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage each project's scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
