The essential job responsibilities of the Safety and Training Specialist will be to organize, prepare and conduct safety and field training programs involving demonstrations of skills required in specific trades and lectures on theory, practices, methods, processes, safety and terminology.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Safety and Training Specialist role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.) with 8 years journeyman level and/crew Leader experience in backhoe operation.
- Must have journeyman level experience in backhoe operation
- Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Successfully complete Placement/ Performance Exercises
Physical Working Conditions:
Works outside and inside. Subject to the hazards of traffic, working in the proximity of construction work, classroom and field exercises.
