In this role you will:
- Audit new lease packages to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and program parameters
- Verify financial details on lease agreements to confirm consistency and correctness
- Process PPSA registrations to secure the company’s interest in leased assets and maintain creditor priority
- Collaborate with the Exceptions Team to follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
- Communicate professionally with dealers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues and provide updates
- Authorize and process funding for approved leases, ensuring payments align with promotions and agreed terms
- Monitor and manage incoming workload, prioritizing new and deficient files to meet funding timelines
- Review and input lease data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy of financial and customer information
- Identify and address discrepancies, including requesting payments or coordinating with accounting for adjustments and promotions
- Support team operations through training, knowledge sharing, and participation in special projects or ad hoc tasks

Education & Work Experience
- High School education or equivalent is required, postsecondary education is preferred.
- 1-2 years in an administrative role.
- Previous leasing experience is preferred.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

This posting is for a vacancy. The base range for this role is: $42,000-$71,500
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits after 30 days of employment.
