About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to own SEO strategy and execution for TKXEL and ReloadUX , our software development and UI/UX design brands built on WordPress . Your primary focus will be identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, running competitor analysis , and driving organic ranking growth through semantic SEO , AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) , and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) . We need someone with a proven track record of ranking websites and keywords who can own strategy independently, not someone limited to repetitive, task-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical SEO audits (Screaming Frog or similar) and work directly with the dev team to prioritize and ship fixes
Perform in-depth competitor analysis (backlinks, content gaps, keyword strategies) against other software development and UI/UX design agencies
Own keyword research and topical mapping for commercial-intent, high-ticket B2B keywords, applying semantic SEO and entity-based content structuring
Optimize content and site structure for AEO and GEO , improving visibility in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.)
Optimize case studies, portfolio pages, and service pages to convert as well as rank
Manage and improve presence on review platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, and LinkedIn , which carry significant weight for B2B trust and rankings
Run digital PR and niche link building : guest posts and mentions in tech, dev, and design publications
Implement schema markup (Service, Organization, Review, FAQ) to support rankings and AI citations
Monitor Core Web Vitals and site speed across both WordPress sites
Track organic ranking performance, diagnose drops, and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams, providing technical guidance where needed
Stay current with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging AI search trends
4–5 years of SEO experience with a demonstrable record of ranking websites/keywords (able to speak to specific wins)
Strong technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, site architecture, WordPress-specific issues
Solid understanding of semantic SEO , entity/topical authority, and structured data
Working knowledge of AEO and GEO : how content gets surfaced and cited by AI search and answer engines
Experience with B2B/SaaS service-business SEO (not just e-commerce or programmatic content)
Advanced experience with Screaming Frog or similar audit tools
Strong proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz for competitor/backlink analysis
Familiarity with review platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms) and their impact on B2B SEO
Basic understanding of CRO principles as they relate to lead-gen websites
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, diagnoses root causes, not just symptoms
Comfortable working independently and guiding less experienced team members
