ShrinQ Consulting Group Inc. is a leading technology consulting and staffing firm delivering innovative IT solutions to clients across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and successfully deliver high-impact technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple technology projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA, business analysts, cloud engineers, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ensure effective communication between clients, leadership, and project teams
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination when applicable
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and business objectives
- Prepare executive-level reports and project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience managing software development, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud projects
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise software development practices
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Consulting or client-facing project management experience is highly desirable
