Director of Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the vision and outcomes for foundational product areas, ensuring systems meet the highest standards of reliability and integrity
• Translate complex compliance, audit, and financial requirements into clear, actionable product direction
• Shape and communicate a compelling product roadmap while balancing priorities, risks, and trade-offs
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to deliver aligned, scalable solutions
• Identify and unblock cross-team dependencies, ensuring smooth execution against key milestones
• Drive clarity and accountability through measurable outcomes and data-driven decision-making
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, elevating capability and impact

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in product or program management within financial or compliance-driven environments
• Proven track record delivering scalable, auditable systems that meet global regulatory standards
• Demonstrated success leading and developing product management teams
• Strong ability to bridge technical, financial, and regulatory perspectives into practical product decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Highly organized and execution-focused, with a bias toward delivering outcomes
• Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking meaningful success metrics
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product management outcomes and delivery
