Senior Customer Sales Manager - Costco

Kraft Heinz is a leading food company seeking a Senior Customer Sales Manager for Costco. This role involves managing sales and execution across various categories, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with the customer’s category management team.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
• Own business process and Category management through a complex Sales position where you owned a desk of at least $10MM of business
• Manage and balance a large trade budget and embody a customer-first mentality to achieve objectives
• Work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities

Requirements:

• Demonstrate proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company

• Work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities
• Polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to negotiate and influence
• Tested proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc
• Strong analytical skills to use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance
• Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed
