Sales Manager, Enterprise – Americas

AI-Media is a global leader in language and accessibility technology, seeking a Sales Manager, Enterprise – Americas to drive enterprise revenue growth. The role involves developing new business opportunities and leading consultative sales engagements across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new and existing enterprise opportunities across corporate, government and strategic accounts
• Develop and execute territory and account plans that identify high-value organisations, buying groups and technology opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution design, commercial negotiation and close
• Deliver approximately $1M in annual revenue once fully ramped
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, workflows and business challenges
• Translate complex business, accessibility and media workflow requirements into tailored enterprise solutions
• Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver demonstrations, proof of concepts, pilots and technical validation
• Build compelling business cases and value propositions that demonstrate measurable customer outcomes
• Engage and influence complex buying groups, including technical, procurement, finance, legal and executive stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with customers, strategic partners and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless customer handovers and identify expansion opportunities
• Develop joint opportunities with channel partners, AV integrators and technology partners
• Represent AI-Media at customer meetings, industry events and targeted market development activities
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and opportunity tracking in HubSpot
• Share customer insights with Product, Marketing and leadership to support product development and go-to-market strategies
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture while consistently achieving revenue and pipeline targets

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in B2B enterprise technology, SaaS or solution sales
• Post-secondary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• A proven track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
• Proven success growing enterprise accounts and winning new business
• Strong consultative selling, discovery and value-based sales skills
• Experience developing account plans, managing forecasts and maintaining CRM discipline (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
• The ability to understand and communicate software, cloud, AI-enabled workflow, AV or media technology solutions
• Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering or technical specialists to deliver demonstrations, pilots and solution validation
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently achieve sales targets

• Experience selling accessibility, captioning, transcription, translation or AI-enabled language solutions
