ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm focusing on providing value to clients through tailored solutions. They are seeking an Engineer/Scientist I to support requirements for the Energy & Environmental Management Industry, particularly in Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Power & Utilities sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Performs computer and engineering tasking as assigned
• Reports to a technical team leader for direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Education
• 5 Yrs. - 9 Yrs. Experience in Energy & Environmental Management Industry (Nuclear | Oil & Gas | Power & Utilities | Distribution Engineering)
• Relevant background, experience, and credentials to perform Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) Services Support (Support to Fuel Cycle Campaigns)
• Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
• Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
• Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
• Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
• Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
• Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
• Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
• Persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
• Ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
• Exercises prudence and insight in decision-making process while mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications
