Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. The Head of Product and Solutions Marketing will lead a product marketing team, craft product narratives, and drive market momentum for the company's offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and scale a growing, high-performing team of experienced product and segment marketers setting the strategy for the team and leading overall initiatives
- Develop and articulate clear, engaging narratives that showcase platform-level and product-line positioning
- Partner closely with R&D and GTM to lead compelling launches that establishes strong market momentum and drives product adoption in new and established markets and verticals
- Collaborate across the marketing team to construct high-impact campaigns for prospects and clients globally that leverages product marketing content and advances product narratives, adoption and more
- Empower our sales organization with the insights, positioning, and collateral needed to build pipeline and win deals including playbooks, competitive intelligence, buyer persona insights, and more in close partnership with our sales enablement team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing leadership in rapidly growing B2B SaaS organizations, experience in financial services or marketing into financial services firms a plus
- Experience building product marketing as a function and implementing best practices and process
- Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and value proposition development with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling client narratives that resonate; experience with value-based selling frameworks a plus
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for complex buying processes
- A passion for building compelling content and thought leadership to support the sales and client management motions as well as brand recognition
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with R&D, GTM and executive teams
